Last weekend we decided to drop everything and drive to Bear Lake to see what all the local "fuss" was about. WOW, the locals are right! I can't believe this is only and hour and a half from our home!
I have to say after our four hour visit, I was hooked!! And so were the kids who begged to stay!
The weather was perfect! Not too hot and not too cold. Perfect for getting your feet wet and building a sand fortress.
They were begging to stay but when you see this face you know it is time to go
HOME.
Bear Lake is famous for growing raspberries. We did stop for dinner and enjoyed some "World Famous" raspberry shakes.
YUM!! If you are planning a visit next summer guess where we are taking you!
