Christmas in Bremerton/Seattle

Merry Christmas everyone! I've had some problems posting to the blog but I think I've got it figured out now. We had a very nice Thanksgiving in Las Vegas with Echo, Asa, and Hank. Unfortunately we did not take any pictures sorry. We drove to Seattle for Christmas and spent alot of time with Annie and Echo. We traveled on the ferry to Bremerton on Christmas Eve to be with all the family we could squeeze into Mom and Dad's for Christmas morning. We had just about everyone! It was so much fun!. Christmas Eve we assembled 23 stockings! I'm so glad our kids had the opportunity to spend Christmas morning with most of their cousins.

Gracie opens a doll from Auntie Annie. "ooooo"
Cousins scramble to pass out gifts Christmas morning.

All eight Galbraith Grand babies: Haran, Sarah, Simon, Laura w/ Hank, Grace, Randall, and Scott. This picture was the best out of 10.

The kids played on an out-door covered play area with their Dads while Mom and Aunties shopped.

We went to Ben and Alice's for "hot pot" one night and had sooo much fun. Aunt Alice taught the kids to eat with chopsticks and now Laura won't use anything else.

Laura tries to master her chopsticks.

In our "hot pot" we threw in all the meat and veggies we wanted and cooked them in boiling broth and ate all night. "Hot pot" is like fondue only more like soup. Alice took us to Uwajimaya, an Asian market in Seattle, where we picked up fresh meat, veggies, and Japanese ice cream for dessert. Thanks Ben and Alice for such a fun night.

We finally got home early early Sunday morning before New Years. When the kids woke up the discovered that Santa and Jack Frost had come while we were at Nana and Papa's.

We hope everyone had a great Christmas!
